i think it's a wholesale rebuilding of the work force. wed built work places for in a man who had a stay at home partner. We didn't build work places for a single mam, a woman of color. And you always should build for the most vulnerable. I certainly did that for girls who code. But we've got to pay for the child care along with paying for child care. You do i guess it includes chalker. It includes flexibility, remote working. Work days are nine to five, but school days are eight to three. That doesn't make sense,. In this day and age, again, where you need two people - especially when you have two person families
