How Do You Estimate the Cost of Down Time?
As angel watch, what did you charge per month? It was per client. The very entry level was ten dollars per seat, as we called it. And the higher levels went to about 300 dollars per seat per computer device. I always factored in their cost of doing business and their cost of being down into the conversation. Because one of the belief structures that i had, an i still have, is that my responsibility is to make the clients business successful.
