Is Kevalt the Most Prone to Throttling?

Would you store anything other than sensitive data in kevalt? Yes, i would. But there's also some gotchas, because i don't just read the text book in that case. One of the main thing you need think about when working with kevalt is the throttling. So if you have micra services, i can mention, in one of my personal projects, i have 700 million items or events being processed. There's no way i can be productive and optate this in every instance that i have.
