Is There a Line Between Secular Education and Government Funding?
There are a variety of controversies over how funds have been allicated that the times goes through. One school was using anti poverty money to pay for food from retailers that they own. There's potential fraud going on here, depending on how you would define fraud. And i think it part because there's pretty credible allegations of corporal punishment and abuse of children.
