We've gotten kind of lost in this idea of, okay, all of our manufacturing jobs, not all but a lot of them left. We don't blame globalization for America's inability to do that because I study countries that do this right. John Edwards was talking about the need to retrain workers who are losing jobs to due China back in the 2004 US election. Where is the national re-skilling program in America today, more than a decade after that was identified as a hot-putting issue in American presidential politics. It is not there. You do in fact blame Washington and governors and representatives and politics and that is the real problem here.
