The club have also announced a number of other changes to their staff, including Frasier and Francis being given roles in the Academy. It's clear that they want to hire what they feel is the best in field in every single field, you know, not just spending these sort of six hundred million on the squad we obviously read about every day. And I actually think it's very sensible as well because because the results haven't been great,. There will be people I would imagine in that building who are actually slightly doubting the new culture and the new regime slightly.
