Food is just an easy way to cope with things. biologically, we need food to survive. So our bodies doesn't really want there to be friction between us and food. And a lot of that does come from diet culture also,. which makes us feel like we need to have all these food rules and certain ways to eat. But there is no perfect wy to eat.
