Neuro Plasticity
Everything we do and produces physical changes in our brain. We get new a connections. So by using your nose in a way that you didn't use it before, you are rewiring your brain in a way which is going to be good for you. But i don't want to overdo the neuro plasticity business. I think a much more important part of what i was doing was simply learning to pay attention to things which we normally pay no attention to. And paying attention is a tremendously difficult thing to learn to do.i sit for about 35 minutes each day, cross legged, amd with my eyes closed, am paying attention to my breath, or to the counting mentally,
