The Relationship Between Failure and Mental Health
A healthy relationship to failure is appropriate for the long term maintenance of mental anyone's mental health. I think that getting comfy with failure is one of the most useful skills that we can develop as humans. And so, I don't know about you, but I grew up in a family where we didn't talk about emotion. Emotions were not a thing. So it was like, not only are they not a thing, but they cannot be trusted. That's my background. And so I've spent three decades trying to avoid feeling anything,. Like, avoid feeling anything negative.
