What Is Going on in Russia?
In order to go from communism to capitalism, the russian government had given every citizen in the country a voucher. The vouchers developed a sort of second market ad they traded for about 20 dollars each. And so again, i went through the simple map tas a hundred and 50 million vouchers times 20 dollars get o three billion dollars of vouchers in circulation. At the time, you couldn't buy a mid sized oklahoma oil company for ten billion dollars, and here you could buy the whole country of russia.
