There's not a total agreement among Baptists today about these things. Even among Baptists, there's some diversity in terms of how these things would be understood. I mean, yeah, it's the kind of thing that even a seminary is not as well set up to teach. And when you, when you look at biblical qualifications for eldership, say, or, you know, Jesus saying, tell it to the church when it's a matter of church. Just, well, what does that mean? What does that look like?"
