GAL Luffed, a dual US Israeli citizen who serves as the co director of a Maryland based think tank, was indicted for allegedly engaging in multiple international criminal schemes. One of the charges was that he willfully failed to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act. The question is how much leverage do they really have, and how permanent is that leverage? And so the question really becomes that the Chinese basically shoot too soon.
