The Struggle Begins
This chapter discusses the mistaken belief among Hungarian reformers that the settling of the constitution marked the end of the revolution, when in reality, it was just the beginning of a bigger struggle. The delegates from the Hungarian diet left Vienna quickly after being granted permission to form their own ministry, in order to prevent countermeasures from reactionary advisors.
