Do You Need a Search of a Location?
A search warrant requires a certain degree of particularity. It's not really enough to say, well, trump's premises in florida yielded classified material so therefore we should search bedminster or trump tower. You really need something more that would suggest that there would be evidence of criminal activity there. My reading of the tea leaves here is that they do not have the same level of witness support or evidence for that in order to enable it at this time.
