Long term moto failure of petelo phemoral arthroplaste remains progression of tibio pemoral arthritis. Causes of late failure can be from progress of astere arthritis, whether idiopathic or secondary to over correction. Progress of austerothritus is more common with the mobile bearing. Four mobile bearings have been successful in unie compartmental ne arthroplast, but not total ne arthro plaste. And five mobile bearings has been success in total ne ar Throplaste, but not uni compartmental ne Arthroplaste.
