How to Develop a True Leadership Program
A true leadership program is when you commit to 12 sessions, 12 uninterrupted distraction free moments of learning within your team during a calendar year. It needs intentional instruction and oftentimes led by someone who then could essentially be called the coach. Development comes from a plan and intentional practice. We would love for you to encourage and lean into that.
