Do You Want a Pay Raise?
One man said you should march into your boss's office and say, hey, right now to day, give me a pay raise or else i'm going to leave. Most people won't do that because they can't quantify their worth. But if you knew that you made the company a million dollars a year, you wouldn't sel er for 12 or 15 dollars an hour. You selt a lot more money as for the so this is basically what he said. I have found when you go in with force, sometimes, instead of getting capitulation or somebody saying, yes, i agree with you, people actually dig in and give you.
