In bekley and old sicup, the libdem vote certainly was rock bottom. The libdams finished fifth with three % of the vote in becksley. But as you say, the shropshire constituency could be a lot more interesting. And that means the libdems are trying to get a band waggon rolling as being the main opposition to the tory party.
