In Congress, the rules will come first. We have a really new level of anger by Congress over Gensler's behavior at the SEC. Simultaneously, it looks like the court is going to rule in the Coinbase lawsuit against the SEC. So there's wide expectation that within the next two years, we're going to have the clarity that everybody has been clamoring for.
