The Return of King Minus to Crete
A geus is afraid his son will not survive, and he wants to know as soon as possible whether or not he's made it. Theseus sets out to Crete with King Minus and the other young Athenians just waiting to be sacrificed. As they're sailing along the Mediterranean, King Minus apparently makes a rude advance towards one of the Athenian women on board. He tells Theseus that if this is true, then the creatures of the sea will want to help him. So he throws his ring overboard and he tells Theseus to go get it.
