No one says bugger anymore. It's more common. You can also say piss off, which means go away. To be pissed off is an adjective and it means to be angry or annoyed. So if I'm annoyed with you, I'll piss off. Pissing it down outside - that's absolutely pissing it down. That's very common. And the rest of them are too old fashion.
