The Death of Yardley, George's Last Attempt at Killing a Student
George is charged with first-degree felony murder, burglary, robbery, breaking and entering, and grand larceny since he stole the laptop. He pleads not guilty and his trial begins on February 8, 2012. The defense claims that when George went over to the apartment, it was just to talk and that he wasn't planning on hurting her. But after this, the defense changes their tune and states that Yardley died of suffocation from laying face down on her pillow. On February 23, they find George guilty, but not for what you might think.
