How to Develop a Culture of Innovation

I'm a huge believer in what I call whiteboarding and whiteboarding means you get the relevant people in a room, close the door with a whiteboard. The other thing I'm a big believer in is ask for advice, don't be afraid to ask other people for advice and seek out experts. What's an elegant experiment? It's the experiment that takes the least amount of time and resources to answer the question as to whether or not something is likely to work. And these elegant experiments are really critical to innovation because they quickly help you figure out whether you continue on the path you're on or change directions.
