The Importance of Peak Moments

There's this illusion that in order to do something great, it's got to be non-stop greatness. A lot of great experiences are actually mostly forgettable, but occasionally remarkable. These remarkable moments don't plan themselves. And so if you're in the business of providing service to customers and you haven't thought carefully about peak moments, that's a huge opportunity.
