The Importance of Humility in Leadership

I really believe that pride is much more deadly than what most people have given it credit for. I can guarantee you, if your relationship with God isn't right, if it isn't producing humility, when you get into a position of leadership, you will be tempted. David's sin went to the fact that he had quit depending upon God. If they start sin success in their life, when they are under pressure, anybody with even a minimal commitment to the Lord will seek the Lord because there is no way that they can make it without him.
