I hope it means the VCs lose out on the money, which hurts for them. There's a lot of liquidation preference shenanigans going on too. Anything after Bitcoin is a security because it was created by a guy and it or a team who got access to the crypto first before anybody else did. So they gave themselves some all of them, all of them. They could go as far as they want. It is open season. And the SEC likes to establish regulation through enforcement and they can go hog frickin wild. Every othercrypto is vulnerable. How far they want to take it are in their hands. You just have to wait.
