I think Gen Z is really staying observant of that and trying to be safe with the time that we're giving and what the actual payment back is. I try to stay practical with it but by quitting it's just super interesting for Gen Z because we've we've entered the workforce at a difficult time so they are kind of coming of age right now, she says.
