The Importance of a Consistent Approach to the Club
I think it's very important in any organisation to learn a football club to have a clear vision, clear values, behaviours that employees and in our case fans can expect from us and from each other. We try and apply that principle or those principles every day. As I said before, very openly very transparently. And these are all things that Tony sets at the top. And it's my job to implement on a day to day basis.
