Can I Register a Coved Test on the NHS Site?

Fiona says, i'm listening to your show. One of your guests has said you can still register a positive covid test on the n h s site. My very recent experience does not support this. I therefore have proof of recent covet infection. But my husband has no proof. And gloriou, we are getting lots of emales in from you on that thorny question of proving that you've got a positive coved result and will have to claim on your insurance or ask your holiday provider to refund your travel.
