The Climate and Energy Bill Is Totally Defensible, Even Through the Lins of Environmental Justice

The bill is entirely defensible, even purely through the lins of environmental justice. So all these provisions that are going to make clean energy cheap and reduce emissions are serving environmental justice. It's very good, very thoughtful policy that was developed by earnest no democratic congressional staff. And i think that is worth celebrating, and particularly worth taking a victory lap.
