Professor Franklin Tower's Felony Fraud Charge
Franklin tower was the very first professor to be indicted under the initiative. He is charged with fraud for failing to take off a box that says he had a conflict of interest. According to his defense, he never signed any contract. And now he 's being charged with a felony fraud, which carries a sentence of 20 years in prison.
