A New Project in the Convention Practice After 1949
"I'm starting a new project in the convention practice after 1949 so from my book I've looked at the making a few minuteary law but now I want to look at the practice of conventions as our armed conflicts broke up," she says. The next project will look at how for all actors in particular have interpreted and engaged with the Geneva Convention in various armed conflicts including Algeria, South Africa National Liberation Movement during apartheid or Chile political imprisonment in the 1970s.
