Doing Love Line All That Years Didn't Work
I've started doing is actually creating more time for myself in the morning, rather than doing thatla time thing. For mei increases stress. I it doesn't reduce stress. It's just, i'm, my head is hitting the pillow at one 30 a like to get up at six, but really i should get up at five, forty five. And there's some sort of psychological thing about getting up with a number that starts with a five versus six. There's a si ents at difrent times on sometimes two, it's really four.
