i love the factry great companies are built on what's needed, what's needed in the market. What do i struggle with? And how can i take what i struggle with and assume that everybody else struggles with bcause they do. I think creativity is the new secret weapon, an iy frontier. We had when bill and i first, this is like, forever ago, their number one strategy was bringing a box of doughnuts,. That was toir big strategy. They thought, ah, this is great. But we used to sell against that, like, you got to do more than that.
