Commercial Loans Are the Easy Button for Multifamily Investors

Rates are going to increase for real estate investors and anyone else who borrows money using debt that tracks to the 10-year treasury unless there is a terrible recession where millions of people lose their jobs. Freddie Mac loans are the easy button for multifamily investors because they have low interest rates, 30-year amortization, and five, seven, or 10-year terms. It's either a government-sponsored enterprise, GSC, like Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, or bust for most syndicators right now.
