Do You Think the Special Grand Jury Is Going to Charge Anyone?
There's a real question of strategy here in terms of what the DA wants to do. She could completely walk away and say she doesn't want to charge anyone. I find that highly unlikely at this point. But there's a question of whether she wants to go narrowly tailored, maybe keep it focused on the phone call because folks still think that's the most open and closed part of this investigation.
