Are Mortgage Rates Going Up?
The Federal Reserve does not set mortgage rates specifically, but it does set its policy rate. The Fed is on track to high-grates two more times this year, including once more next week by another aggressive jump. Home prices are starting to cool really all over the country, including in big hot spots that saw this huge run-up at home price growth of the last couple of years.
