I know a friend who I started playing softball with back in 2017 2018 and in 2020 he joined Figma as the VP of something something so he probably had like 185,000 200,000 base salary. He was at uber grinding it out pre-ipo but then Figma got acquired three years later by Adobe. It's these type of stories that really create a lot of FOMO for peopleYeah we're like wow I could go from one or two million that worth a 50 plus million yeah its just unbelievable.
