The Diversification of a Project Manager
Do you work across different tools and different challenges within an individual project or do you specialize in something? Yeah, so I think I had to make the call a couple of years ago, where I was going to go highly specialized or diversify. And I just found that I like both. So it's really, it's been great to get the diversity. But I think at some point, one has to make that call, which I wouldn't say which specialization you're going to go into,. but for long term, you want to keep building on the same thing.
