The S&B 500 is surging more than 5 and 1-2% to start this week, a strong reversal after posting its worst month in more than two years. According to funstrats, Mark Newton, the Q4 bounce is just getting started. "I do expect that we'll see some follow through between now and probably the middle part of December," he says.
