Kafuntin: The Jumping Off Point for Illegal Migration

Kafuntin is in the south of Senegal and these are fishing villages. It's an old village composed of nine neighborhoods now what we call "neighborhoods" Most of the people leave from these fishing villages as the starting point is the sea for illegal migration. The reason young people have problems is that they are no jobs, she says. If there was work for us we weren't going to move to Europe especially knowing how good it is to live in Senegal.
