The Pros and Cons of Self Dominance
I know you're a big proponent of saying there are cons with every you know pros with every cons and if you focus on one thing you are by definition going to make sacrifices. I want to get to that for people that don't know about your practices can you tell me about on a base level what is your concept of self dominance? It's very hard to understand what we're doing so what we are actually doing is we're showing only the outer shells of our practice, because the inner shells are not well presented in a media setting nor in a book.
