What Harmful Content Are People Seaing?
There is a big grey zone of content that is legal, but different people have different opinions about how harmful that content is. And i think it goes back to a pretty fundamental question of democratic kind of norms,. That those questions should be answered by lawmakers in legislation. They shouldn't be left to either services to second guess or regulators to decide at a later point without democratic participation.
