Why Is It Better for Investors to Get Free Advice?
Indian investors like to get advice for free. They think there is value in the first year when they get their financial plan, the financial planning interview. In subsequent years, there is an unwillingness to share a fee out of their AEM 2 or their advisor. This is where we kind of decided we will be very conscious to the cost-conscious Indian investor and therefore offer a very flat subscription-based fee. It essentially means people are willing to go direct and cut off the cost coming from intermediary.
