Being able to say like, why? Listen, here's what this thing matters. We call that the impact statement. The moment we cold do that, we can see very much increase in the motivation from the other person who wants to make a change. I've had people give me feedback that there wasn't really much of a point to it. It was just criticism for the sake of criticism. Or could even be praised. My ultimate goal is to enable positive behaviour change rather than just sound smart as the feedback giver.
