What's the Mystery of DB Cooper?
There are only two times when the Columbia River flooded and actually was high enough where it reached the spot where the money was buried. So I don't think it's a coincidence that this bill has June diatoms on it, and that the two flooding events happened to both occur in June. We'll eventually figure out who this guy is because we're dealing with evidence today or instruments, scientific instruments, and that kind of analysis today that didn't exist 50 years ago when this took place.
