The Justice Department released a summary of their comprehensive election day plan Wednesday. A government watchdog is warning the plan leaves out critical details that open the door for selective enforcement against red states. Another poll three polls now in a row has Dr. Oz up by three over John Federman, but it's still within the margin of Arab. Official results for pivotal races for the US Senate and the gubernatorial race will not be available on election night days.
