Sike: I was reading a book the other night on training and on, you know, we're always trying to get our prospects, our prospects, to reveal what the problems and pains are. Sike: The best way to get someone to reveal something that maybe they haven't thought about is to use a statement that starts the answer. And i'd love for them to think about ways to say things, or have questions just come up that are exploratory in nature. It helps with questioning sometimes to put little minny, contextual statements before a before a question, that helps soften it up.
