We have to think about training smarter, not harder. You can get strongest in two sessions a week. Do some other stuff. Have fun. Cross train. Pick up a new sport or hobby. That's great too. But we have to think it right of this myth that we have to go balls out. We have to go the hardest. Or else we're not being consistent. And then we judge ourselves and then feel bad about it.
