A Hundred and Ninety One Billion Dollars Goes Out the Door

The Department of Labor Inspector General estimates that more than one out of every five dollars were fraudulently paid out. Jason Chaffetz says the administration doesn't know how to deal with it so they just keep handing out the need for speed was much greater than needed.
